Whenever you notice that your ATT email account does not receive specific emails you can try any of the troubleshooting steps given below to see if you can fix the issue:
•Log out of your ATT account, restart your computer and then log in again
•Review the blocked addresses and ATT email filter settings
•Check the browser settings and make sure JavaScript is enabled, then log in
•Disable your anti-virus and firewall so that it does not interrupt ATT
If you still cannot receive emails on your ATT account, then you can call the ATT email technical support number and ask for additional technical assistance to fix the error.
